The instrument offers three interchangeable loading ranges—0-5 N, 0-10 N, and 0-30 N—with 0.5 class accuracy, enabling users to select the appropriate sensitivity for their specific application.
Testing speed is continuously adjustable from 1 to 600 mm/min, providing flexibility for diverse material testing requirements. The system is equipped with a wide-range, high-precision temperature control unit that enables testing at temperatures from room temperature up to 99.9°C, allowing researchers to evaluate adhesion performance under various thermal conditions.
User-Centric Design and Compliance
The instrument features a 7-inch touchscreen interface for convenient, modern operation. An automatic slider release mechanism ensures precise dwell time and delivers highly repeatable test data. Both the test table and sliding block undergo demagnetization treatment to minimize systematic measurement errors.
The MSK-TE602-PS complies with multiple international and national standards, including GB/T 10006, GB/T 2790, GB/T 2791, GB/T 2792, ISO 8295, ISO 8510-2, ASTM D1894, ASTM D4917, ASTM D3330, TAPPI T816, and TAPPI T549. CE approval is standard, with NRTL certification available upon request.
